Therapeutic Coaching:

Post Separation and Divorce Services

A collaborative approach is taken when working with clients post separation and divorce. It is a transparent, respectful and empowering model that helps to reconstitute the family in its new form.

Collaboration yields the best outcome for both the parents and the children involved.

Therapeutic Coaches are trained in mediation, conflict resolution and Collaborative Practice, and work as a team together with legal professionals and financial professionals who are also trained in Collaborative Practice. Our objective is to keep clients out of the court system when negotiating settlements through mediation, co-operation and collaboration.

We help parents:

  • Manage emotional issues resulting from the marriage breakup so that legal decision making around separation/divorce becomes more effective
  • Establish parenting plans
  • Establish individual goals to reconstruct their lives
  • Foster civil, co-operative behaviors
  • Facilitate their children’s on-going development and well being
  • Establish the voice of the child through mutually agreed upon interviews with the children
